For delivery within Norway, we use Posten.no For delivery within the EU, we use DHL's Express. For delivery outside of the EU, we use DHL's Express Worldwide.
Online Return Policies
Return and Exchange Policy Assistance with Returns We are happy to assist with eligible returns, including providing return instructions and the shipping address. For any return or exchange inquiries, please email us to discuss a replacement. Return Conditions Returns (excluding faulty goods) must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund or credit note. We recommend trying on all purchased items upon receipt to allow sufficient time for potential returns. Shipping Costs for Returns Within the EU: MARTNA KIN covers return shipping costs. Outside the EU: International returns must be shipped back to MARTINA KIN as "goods returned to sender" to avoid duties and taxes on the return.
